As a frequent traveler for work, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely and spacious room at the Shrewsbury Hotel Wetherspoon. the availability of oat milk sachets for my vegan lifestyle was a thoughtful detail I had not seen elsewhere. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience all the more enjoyable. I appreciated the great value for money in both the rooms and the food and drinks at the hotel. the ability to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings was a highlight, as was the efficient air conditioning in the bar area. the location of the hotel was fantastic, situated conveniently across from the river. I must mention the comfortable bed that allowed for a good night's sleep, especially with the fan provided on a hot day. the children's paintings in the room added a charming touch. the ample tea and coffee options, including decaf tea, demonstrated a level of thoughtfulness that made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, the Shrewsbury Hotel Wetherspoon exceeded my expectations with its wonderful amenities, friendly staff, and convenient location. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in Shrewsbury.
